There was a season when everything I had built no longer fit — and I could not go back.

Old systems are dissolving.

And many of us can feel both happening at once.

My son asked me this morning “mom how’s your podcast going?” I love that he asked and it’s prompted me to speak to it now

2 months in and I have several episodes recorded and unpublished.

Amidst the bustling holidays, birthday celebrations, college graduation and the intense nature of the final passageway through the year of the snake I have never once wavered in devotion to my souls highest path

Choosing to live in a cyclical way that is aligned to my true nature.

The technical issues I was having with my recording software and a computer that would randomly restart I took it as a sign to allow it to be and come back when it felt delightful to do so

Not everything is a sign, I know, but I could feel this one deep in my bones.

You’re not a machine

Funny enough, my latest recorded episode is all about that topic of being a mystic and not a machine, and I trust that it will be shared in the perfect time sequence.

The flame still burns bright and I look forward to the upcoming episodes reaching your ears

But I have also been shown that I have been diluting myself to fit into the podcast scene and maybe even to be accepted and liked in that space and that IS NOT aligned to my souls highest path

There is a phase many women pass through that doesn’t get talked about honestly—the in-between.

I’ve lived this recently. And what I’m learning—through my experiences, including a deeply embodied journey to Egypt—is that alignment doesn’t happen through effort. It happens through coherence.

When I was truly ready to be there, the trip didn’t require pushing or planning. It unfolded quickly, cleanly, and in right timing. Not because I wanted it badly—but because my body, my nervous system, and my sense of self could finally stand inside the field without bracing.

That taught me something I’m now applying to everything else in my life:

If you have to mentally force a transition, part of you isn’t ready to live there yet.
And that doesn’t mean you’re wrong—it means something is still integrating.

The in-between isn’t a failure of courage.
It’s the completion of embodiment.

You don’t need to rush the next chapter.
You need to let it become ordinary enough to inhabit.

When readiness lands, the move will feel strangely simple.
Almost quiet.
Like life meeting you halfway.

If you’re here—between endings and beginnings—nothing is wrong.
You’re not stuck.

Your next phase is loading.

The Darkest Night 🌑 🖤

Some glamorize the spiritual awakening process, implying that it’s all light in love, expanding highs, unity consciousness, deep peace, ecstatic bliss, and spiritual visions. One things for certain; those people probably haven’t been through the dark nights of the soul

This is a time of deepest initiation for the soul. After the expansion of the earlier stages of the journey, we’re invited to descend into what’s been hidden in the shadows, inherited, push down, silenced, ignored, or bypassed. We’re called to go deeper than we ever had before, as we walk more and more of our soul here, into our body and onto the planet. And as we do, we discover the lost parts of ourselves that demand to be held and seen. And those parts ask that we sit with them as they feel in order to heal.

These are the excruciating, holy days of rebirth. Of transfiguration. I’m dying and being reborn will still fully living. If we choose to cross the threshold, we’re invited to allow our soul to become more fully into our body and the planet. This can be painful, as we’re forced to confront any separation or shadows that we find along the way. We must face the polarity and separation of the human life, as well as the joy and the sweetness. These are initiatory times. The only way out is through. And if you let life initiate you, you’ll be transformed anew.

Cloaked in the darkest nights, seemingly separated from the divine, we once so deeply New, we’re invited to find the sacred that is all around us, below us, and within us.

I’ve been clinging to an old identity

One that needs to be in control. Know what’s next. Safe. Secure. Stable.

This eclipse season has been showing me all the ways that this identity does not serve me to be in co-creation with life.

As we enter this next phase in our collective evolution, many of us will be called to be creating new things and to be of service in new ways, and that requires us to let go of all of the old ways that don’t align with

Freedom

Joy

Creativity….

With internal and external structures crumbling, The resistance has been very strong, but every time that I take a pause and come back to Center and tune in with the divine within me, I know that this exactly where I meant to be, and that all that is happening around me is just creating the perfect experience for me to let go - fully and completely.

The beliefs, stories personas that may have kept me safe but also kept me caged.

What happened yesterday was not about politics or left vs. right—it is about something much deeper: our sacred right as human beings to live, love, create, and speak truth.

We are in a frequency war for the heart of humanity—an ancient battle to pull us into fear, silence, and division. But in truth, there is a rumbling…

a Sacred Revolution.

It is the rising of Sovereignty.

A remembering that no external force can take away the divine spark within us—the spark that knows freedom, love, and creation are our birthright.

I witnessed as others did the same giving everything up they had built to create soemthing new. Most of them did this in a matter of months, some a year.

I never imagined I would be away this long, but I have been devoted to following the golden thread that my soul has so masterfully woven for me in this lifetime.

I’ve studied the most ancient teachings that I could find based on Daoist practices and received numerous certifications and credits with NCCAOM, took a 5 month journey of returning to the way of the Dragon Priestess, studied true Stone Medicine, dove deeper into the Gene keys and so much more

I thought I was ready for a big comeback in 2024 but I was called on a Soul pilgrimage across ancient lands (more on that soon) to remember who I was at the core of my being.

Then came the true work that had nothing to do with study or learning or ancient wisdom. It was about the embodiment.

As we enter eclipse season, I can feel so much within me unbinding, ready to let go to take those final steps to stand fully in the essence of all that I am

The essence of 9 running as a current in the background just as the pilgrimages came to a close in January.

9 representing Completion, Closure, Wisdom, the culmination of a cycle.

With 9.9.9 on the horizon I can feel the closure of a karmic cycle of death and rebirth and a transition into full alignment and Soul Service.

As if the cosmos conspired on my behalf and it was destined to unfold in Divine Timing.

TEMPLE RESET

This is what I am Choosing to call my body reclamation! A Temple Reset.

A RECLAMATION of my vitality — not as a side project but as the main altar for Queen energy to rise 👑

I knew that I would need Spiritual supoort just as I have a trainer at the gym to support me in this initial phase since I have been away from weights for so long….

I was blown away when GODDESS SEKHMET came into my field and offered her support.

I have not worked with Sekhmet before, not consciously anyway and WOW she is a force to be reckoned with and she immediately lit a fire under my butt. 🔥

This is what i have come to know about Sekhmet – Solar Lioness of Healing Fire
• Embodies fierce devotion to vitality and truth
• Burns away stagnation and illusion
• Reconnects me with primal feminine power to act, create, and move

Losing weight feels impossible, truly. I’ve battled most of my adult life with extra weight and I’ve struggled to stay consistent thru the ebbs and flows.

I’ve done extreme dieting to gain a few lbs as a result, seriously.

I’ve been the 5 day a week gym rat too

But this shift in the reclamation of my body as the temple that carries my soul, my frequency, my essence through this world has renewed within me the desire to take aligned action.

And I realized I am breaking through an old matrix of limitation, not just in my body, but in my belief system, my identity, and the inherited energetics of my lineage.

I am entering the phase of external embodiment - and for that I see that I need sacred ferocity. 🐅

I’m grateful for Sekhmet and her support for this shift from Inner Alchemy to physical embodiment

She reminds me that I am not becoming….

I AM — and she has come to burn away everything that made me forget. 🔥

Yesterday marked 12 years as a mother for me.

And while I could write a book about the lessons that I have learned through the container of motherhood (or maybe I already am 😉) one thing that has NEVER let me down or led me astray is my Mothers Intuition.

We all have it, but often question it - because it will often go against societal norms, what our mothers taught us, what our well meaning pediatrician says, what we read in a book that one time and what the teacher with a masters degree thinks.

Our intuition is a God given superpower to support us in guiding, leading, protecting and supporting our children.

That gut instinct. Yes. That one, it’s talking to you. Are you listening or are you pushing it down to not make waves, upset someone or stand out?

It might take everything you have to walk a different path - one where you follow your internal compass and intuition

You might be called weird, crunchy, crazy, irresponsible (that’s my favorite one) but we were gifted our intuition as a tool, that no one else has, no one. No One.

I love you. I see you. I stand with you.

For Mothers who are standing at the threshold of something new, something unknown ~ I see you, I love you 💕

“Mom you’re so beautiful, why are you so beautiful?”

My son has asked this question about 1,000 times in the last year. He’s almost 12 and when he first started asking it I was like, “what do you want”? 😆

But as he continued, sometimes asking several times in a single day I had the inner knowing he was asking something deeper but he just didn’t know what or how to ask.

So each time I would reply ~ slightly different but with the same message and undertone.

- Because God made me this way
- Because I love you
- Because I try to be beautiful on the inside and you can feel that
- Because you see past my exterior son, you see me as your mother, the woman who will always love and accept you exactly as you are....

Why am I sharing this?

I’ve been in this in between space for a while now - Not the woman I was but not yet who I am becoming....its messy here.

Its like being in the Rebirth process but stuck in the birth canal (some mommas can relate). Or in the cocoon but your wings just haven’t fully developed yet and you feel cramped and just ready to fly already.....

In this place I’ve continued to ask and pray to God: “Use me, Guide me, Show me the way, I’ll do what you ask me to.”

This past Monday I was in a shamanic healing journey (in the DU Mai - a Daoist Stone medicine journey to heal the yang/masculine aspect of self across timelines, dimensions, realities and lifetimes) but I did not expect for it to unfold like it has.

The Divine Masculine within me rising to hold the vision of the Divine Feminine that I have been working with for yearssssss

But this vision was different, a complete 180 pivot from what i have been working on and writing for the past 2 years.

Its BOLDER, soul filled and needed right NOW.

The spirit of my sons present like never before showing me what I am here to do NOW...

🌿 A New Beginning: Emerging from the Cocoon 🌀

What I’ve been moving through hasn’t been linear or easily explainable—it’s been a soul-level rebirth. A shedding of layers, identities, and timelines that no longer align with who I truly am.

I haven't shared publicly, not because I didn't have anything to say but because I chose to hold myself with the same sacredness and presence that I've held for others who were in the depths of their own transformation.

I am a multidimensional being, a bridge between realms. I walk with Dragons and Angels. I speak the language of soul remembrance. And I’ve come here to support others through the fires of transformation—especially the kind that isn’t always visible from the outside.

To do this, I got to go first. And while Ive been here before, this time it was different.....it was a direct call from my soul to prepare for THIS now moment in our evolution.

I’ve spent so long in the shadows, in the depths in the darkness healing, grieving, weeping, transforming, evolving. I’ve been in this cycle for so long that I’ve actually gotten comfortable here.

Knowing that the deeper we go, the higher we can go.

Seeing the light, the light beckoning me Out of the cave, out of the shadows, and yet I find resistance. Standing in the entrance to my healing cave, my birthing cave…

I am not the same woman that entered. I have changed. My soul has evolved, and I’ve reclaimed my Power.

I was never meant to stay in the healing cave, but to come out and share that healing with those who are destined to receive it

Those who thirst for the water that now flows freely through my words and wisdom….

Perhaps this is the part of healing that no one likes to talk about.

My surroundings may look and feel cozy and festive 🕯️🎄🎁

But there’s a rumbling in my spirit so deep my bones are trembling.

I can feel it.

The great change upon us. The transformation into who we were always meant to be.

And my role is becoming clearer by the day

I am reflecting on Mother Mary and what she went thru carrying the Christ child.

How she didn’t know the outcome of her role in the changes of that time but she trusted and she was fiercely devoted to service

How she must have suffered not only as the time of christs crucifixion loomed but in carrying a child within her being unwed.

How she must have had to hold her head high and find that resolve within to do what she knew was right in her spirit no matter what others thought about her or how they may have treated her.

Mother Mary has been one of my guides for several years and it has taken me to come face to face with being the Misunderstood Mystic to really even get a glimpse of what she must have gone thru.

But nothing or no one can stop me from fulfilling the Mission my Soul came here to complete.

So grateful for her guidance, support and example.

One thing I know is that it may get harder in the coming months and years as the shifts and transformations occur collectively but learning to transcend suffering and walk forward anyway with my head held high is a path I’ve had to learn to walk.

And now, just as Mother Mary did, I get to be a Wayshower for others being asked to walk this same sacred Healing path.

I’ve done the work and I’ve walked thru the darkness, it’s time that my light now illuminates the path for others.

Four years ago yesterday our family home caught fire. 🔥

It was the catalyst for my Great Awakwning.

My message today is two-fold

First, When we zoom out and look at life from the souls perspective, we can begin to see the weaving, even our challenges and perceived obstacles as opportunities for growth and transformation.
Being without a home during the pandemic when that’s pretty much the only place we could be was devastating to all of us.

While the majority of our belongings were saved and we were able To move back in several months later there was something MUCH bigger at work thru the weeks and months following that traumatic event. And I’ll share more about that soon….but today I know there are many people going thru major life changes, things seemingly changing overnight and it’s not easy but if we can have faith and trust the breakdowns are happening for a breakthrough and keep going, one baby step at a time someday we’ll look back and see the why and remember we had to go thru what we did to become the person we are today, (provided you’re willing to do the inner work)

And secondly my sheer gratitude for these 2 souls that call me mom (and sometimes bruh). This photo was taken the morning after the fire - I was driving out of the neighborhood and looked in my rear-view mirror and saw their sweet faces. In that moment I knew everything was going to be ok, I didn’t know how I just knew…..

The other day when I watched them running towards me at school pickup, their long wavy hair swishing behind them I had that same feeling - that inner peace and knowing that everything will be ok.

As the world continues to shift so does my 3D world - and while I don’t yet see the plan, the path, the how -

I know everything is going to be ok. I’ve cultivated that inner peace that passes understanding because I’ve witnessed my life transformed in the most magical of ways thru the hard times. They’ve molded me, broken me, opened me and prepared me

For such as time as this ❤️‍🔥🐉🌎🔥🐦‍🔥

My story truly is one of resilience, of overcoming, and of deep inner transformation. If I can do it, anyone can 🕊️

Divinity is always talking to us 🕊️

Thru our experiences, interactions, relationships We are being reminded to fully embody the fact that we are all part of the same Universal Divine Heart

11:11 gives us a powerful opportunity to awaken and expand our consciousness

What are we Awakening and Expanding into?

This past week has been extremely challenging - on many levels - collectively and personally.

So the way I see it we have a choice, Be a part of the problem of be a part of the solution.

Feed into the separation or choose Unity

To choose Unity we must be able to accept that we are all One. All a part of the Divine.

I choose Unity. I choose Peace. 🕊️

This means I get to be a part of the solution.

I get to Rise up and share my gifts with those open and willing to receive.

I was touched by the Divine profoundly during my Pilgrimage to Peru last month.

With A love big enough to cover the entire Universe

And with a Peace, profound and deep

Im in my Era of ‘Hats to cover dull roots’

I’m always receiving compliments on my red hair and while I Truthfully don’t mind the grey/silver/white hairs popping up everywhere, it’s the dull roots that are no longer bright red like in my youth that have me loving a good hat!

I was blessed to bring back several hats from Peru and I’m Trying to decide if I have a favorite 🤔 (also loving the dragon ring that found me) 🐉

My recent pilgrimage to the Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu was designed to stretch me and boy did it ever!!
